Can I join as a private tutor for free?

Yes you can join as a private tutor for free, if you have an invitation to join as one from one of your students.

Can I invite my students to join Getbox.gr?

If you are a tutor or school, you can request an upgrade to a School account by completing the following form: https://dev.getbox.gr/contact-us-for-a-custom-plan/
Once your upgrade request is accepted you can go to the MANAGE SCHOOL option at My Account and manage all your school’s data and activity there.
Finally to invite your students go to Activation Codes and send them the “(CONNECTION) to your School/Tutor” activation code.

Can I start a private chat session with one of my students?

Yes. Go to My Sessions, select your Student, give a Subject , type your Message and click Start Session. Your student will then receive an email with your message.

Can I start a private video session with one of my students?

Yes. You will need to have a virtual room available at your account.
If you have one, go to Virtual Classes, click CLICK HERE FOR ACTIVATION, and send the invitation code of the virtual room just created to your students.
They then will need to go to Virtual Classes and give that invitation code in order to join and enter the room.
*If you do not have a virtual room available, you can purchase one from our Eshop > Add ons section.

How to grade an Assignment/Essay?

You will need to be a Tutor or a Grader. Then you can click Grade It at My Account > Assignments/Essays section, at the My Assigned Assignments/Essays listing.
If you would like to select which assignments/essays to grade, you can go to Pending to Grade, and click ASSIGN TO ME.

How to grade a Speaking session’s answers recordings of my students?

You will need to be a Tutor or a Grader. Then you can click Grade It at My Account > Speaking (Recordings) section, at the My Assigned Speaking (Recordings) listing.
If you would like to select which speaking (recording) to grade, you can go to Pending to Grade, and click ASSIGN TO ME.

What kind of feedback can I leave for my students’ assignments, essays and speaking recordings?

You can leave them written or voice recorded feedback, and also start a discussion with them.
