How to send a message – Private Sessions

If you are a member of a school (a student or a tutor) or have invited a private tutor to join, you can at any time start a private session and send your message to your classes’ tutors or students or to your school’s administrator.

Click My Sessions at the bottom right of your screen, or select the My Private Sessions/ Messages icon at the middle right of the My Account area.
To send a new message:
If you are a Student, select the Tutor or School administrator you would like to start a discussion with.
If you are a Tutor, select your class’s Student or School administrator you would like to start a discussion with.
If you are a School administrator, select a Tutor or Student of all your school’s users you would like to start a discussion with.
Then type your message’s subject and give your message. You can also add an attachment if you like. Finally click “Start Session”. Your recipient will soon receive your message.

You can review all your messages and private sessions later at this section, archive them or delete them if you like.

Keep in mind that when someone wants to start a new discussion with you, you will also receive an email message. In addition you will see there is a pending message (with the number of messages not read yet) at the bottom right of your screen.
