Is Registration Free?

Yes, registration to the site is free! Go to registration, select your account type and start!
After completing your registration you can activate your FREE PACK at My Account.
To further use the platform, and according to your user type and preparation needs, several paid packages can then be found and are available for purchasing at the Eshop section of the site.

What type of users can they register?

The site is targeted to Students, Tutors and Schools of English. Nevertheless any type of user can still register if he/she is interested in practicing his/her english.

Will my data be private?

Yes, all your data will be private. Getbox.gr will only use your data in order to contact you for support or for invoicing reasons after a purchase you have made, or for grading (if needed) your answers in a test. No transfering of your data to a 3rd party will be made without your prior consent and Getbox.gr is fully compliant to Europe’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
If you get connected to a school or to a private tutor, your submitted Assignments, Essays and Speaking recordings will be sent to a tutor for grading.
Keep in mind that all your submitted data and answers to any test or course taken, will be visible to the Getbox.gr System’s Administrator.

I haven’t received the activation email and I cannot activate my account. What should I do?

If you do not receive an email after registering, please make sure that the verification email is not in your spam / junk folder , and set at your email clients whitelist (allowed to receive email form list) the site’s sender email address: info@getbox.gr.

I represent a School / Educational Organization, can I join?

Yes. A school can join and benefit from the features offered from Getbox.gr. A complete feature test for a school’s needs is established in order to smoothly transfer privately (and anonymously if needed) all your school’s students and tutors to the site.
